Executive Director and Residential Administrator, Quilceda Community Services
Connie Smith, a dedicated leader in the Marysville community and Executive Director of Quilceda Community Services. Connie oversees a $5 million operation supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, leading a team of 100 staff with compassion and excellence. Her commitment extends beyond administration—she’s certified as both a CPR/First Aid and health care aid instructor and serves as a fitness instructor and personal trainer at the YMCA. Connie’s work reflects her dedication to improving lives and strengthening her community through service, wellness, and advocacy.
In her free time, she enjoys art, family & friends.
